posted 09-06-2007 09:07 PM             From all I have read about the FIM it seems you FIM following the first 3 days of admission, again at discharge and sometime thereafter by phone. I was just wondering if anyone FIM's on a more regular basis, such as daily, weekly, etc? Or do you FIM at admission, write a daily narrative note that could suggest a change in the FIM, and then again at discharge? IP: Logged
