Two articles of note would be : Cusick CP, Gerhart KA, Mellick DC.(2000) “Participant-Proxy Reliability in Traumatic Brain Injury Outcome Research”. J Head Trauma Rehabil, VOL.15(1), pp739-749. Mellick, D., Walker, N., Brooks, C., Whiteneck, G. (1999) “Incorporating the Cognitive Independence Domain into CHART”. Journal of Rehabilitation Outcome Measures, vol.3(3), While neither one specifically addresses Chart SF, the questions used in SF are the same as are used in the Long Form.
