I'd like the option of offering it via a closed web survey to my subjects in addition to the options of a written/ mailed version and telephone interview. Would this be acceptable and is there a specific process for obtaining permission to use it in this way that I need to follow? IP: Logged
dmellick Moderator	posted 09-23-2003 06:14 PM There is no problem using the web to administer the questionnaire, other than that our experience has been that having the CHART done in an interview setting, we can address definitional questions that may be posed by the interviewee. That being said, the CHART was designed to be both, interviewed and self administered. IP: Logged
