posted 08-10-2007 02:48 PM          Regarding coding responses in the Social Integration section (CHART-Short Form), specifically, assigning 38 points vs 25 (living with spouse/partner vs. unrelated roommate and/or attendant). Is it acceptable to assume that if the difference between item #12 and 14 is 1 or greater (how many people do you live with minus how many (others) are relatives?), AND not living with spouse/partner, then that individual is assigned 25 points? What number is assigned to respondents who live alone (score of “0”?), or live only with relatives (#relatives *6 only)? Thanks. IP: Logged
