My patient can walk and perform some basic ADL, but she does not do things on verbal command, partly because she does not understad the command due to aphasia. Still I think her motor function is so complex and spontaneous that I should rate 0 for Motor response.
Her verbal communication is never functional because of this aphasia and disorientation too. I am very much in doubt about the verbal respons. Without the aphasia, she would have been 1, now she is 2 or even 3 since her aentences are incomprehensible. her words are partly OK. What would be the correct rating on these items?
