Perceived Control Scale for Brain Injury Syllabus

The PCS-BI is a 9–item, self-administered questionnaire. Each item of the PCS-BI is scored on a 4-point Likert scale (4 = strongly agree; 3 = agree; 2 = disagree; 1= strongly disagree.) A total score is obtained by simple addition of the individual item scores. The total score ranges from 9-36 with higher scores indicating higher perceived control.
