Training & Testing
Training
and testing material are in two locations. Training material involves
rated vignettes. Please print out the vignettes and mark your answers.
After you have finished you can review the answers for the training
vignettes. Each answer includes a rationale.
Testing
materials are similar, only you rate a different set of vignettes
online. Your results will be emailed to you. Answers for individual
testing vignettes are not given, only a percentage correct.

SWALLOWING
Debra, after having her trach removed, needed to swallow several times
even for her morning oatmeal.

Jeremy takes the bus to school each day. It took him some phone calls
to get the correct route and figure out all the connections. He also
bought a monthly pass to avoid getting change out each trip.

frustrated and anxious about new situations, and approximately once
